You Are A: Bear Cub!

bear cubBears are strong and independent creatures who roam in the forest in search of food. Bears are usually gentle, but anger one and be prepared for their full fury! You're tough, you won't back down from a fight -- classic attributes of a bear. Intelligent and resourceful, though lazy at times, you are a fascinating creature of the wild.

You were almost a: Frog or a Kitten
You are least like a: Lamb or a PuppyWhat Cute Animal Are You?

College Board [Jul. 16th, 2006|03:59 pm]
[Current Location |In front of the computer]
[mood | pleased]
[music |No pares- RBD]

On July 14 I finally got my College Board results. I was extremely nervous when I finally had that letter in my hands. The results were a bit disappointing. I got 3,218. The thing that affected my score was math. I'm not good at it, I hate it and I don't care about it. But my spanish and english results were excellent. I was a bit depressed but when others told me their results, I felt a bit proud of myself. I know I did my best (except in math).

[music |Wishing you were somehow here- Phantom of the Opera 2004]

Today, I watched the new "The Da Vinci Code" tv spot. I was very surprised when I found out about it. It's great. It shows more Sophie and Silas. We get to see some changes that were made, like when Robert receives the picture of Sauniere on a book signing. What I didn't like, however, was that they showed what's supposed to be the end of the movie. I still love it, though.

I finally read "The Phantom of the Opera" and I really loved it. Erik really freaked me out. I had a really hard time finding that book. Now, I want to read "Phantom" by Susan Kay. It is not available, so I'll have to wait a long time to buy it.
I have more schoolwork than ever. Teachers seem to have forgotten what is an exam, because all they give now are projects. I've been so busy that I've only seen the 'Goblet of Fire" dvd two times since I bought it on March 7.

[music |"Ode to Joy"- Beethoven]

So far, I have seen three clips of "The Da Vinci Code". The first one was the one on msnnbc and it showed Robert explaining the Mona lisa to Sophie. The second one was an exclusive clip(I was really surprised when I watched it, normally we don't get many exclusive stuff on Puerto Rican t.v)on a local show called "Anda pal cara'". It showed Robert and Bezu Fache on the crime scene and they are talking about the message on the floor and the pentacle. The third one, my favorite, shows Sophie explaining the criptex to Robert inside the truck. Somehow it reminded me of C.S.I when they showed the mechanism of the criptex and how it works. I am very excited about this movie. I hope to see more clips soon.

[music |"Think of me"- 2004 Phantom of the Opera soundtrack]

I don't know why, suddenly, all my teachers decided to give us loads of work. And they are not easy, either. I have projects for the rest of the semester. Except for that, school is great.
I have developed an interest in the Phantom of the Opera. I need to read the book, since I've only watched the 2004 film. I love "The Point of No Return" scene. It's so awesome.
I don't have anything new to write anymore.

Da Vinci Code [Jan. 1st, 2006|08:48 pm]
[mood | okay]
[music |Liso, Sensual- RBD]

I'm so excited about the Da Vinci Code Movie. I recently bought Newsweek for the article and it looks like Ron Howard did the book justice. I really hope he did. Though at first I was concerned about the actors chosen (I never imagined Tom Hanks as Robert Langdon or Audrey Tautou as Sophie), I think they will do a great job, as both are great actors.
